Polar Thermal offers cost-effective thermal liners for air freight. Our LD3 thermal liner is available in four different material configurations based on the thermal requirements of your products. Our thermal liners create a highly effective thermal barrier between the Unit Load Device and the chilled products being transported, ensuring the temperature is maintained throughout transit. We have extensively tested this method and when used in conjunction with our Polar Chill Sleeve coolant packs, it can keep your products at the correct temperature for up to 3 days. Our thermal liners are also reusable for up to three times, depending on usage and handling. For those requiring a more durable option, we have a heavy-duty LD3 liner that can last up to 1000 uses.
